Agreement to terms
By accessing the Morning Post website (morningpost.com.au) or subscribing to any Morning Post newsletter, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or subscribe to our newsletters.

The service
Morning Post provides free daily email newsletters containing curated local news, events, weather, history and community content for Australian cities. The service is provided at no cost to subscribers and is supported by advertising and sponsorship.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to subscribe to Morning Post. By subscribing, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and that the information you provide is accurate.
Subscription and unsubscription
When you subscribe, you consent to receiving a daily email newsletter from Morning Post to the email address you provide. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every newsletter email. Upon unsubscribing, we will stop sending you newsletters, though it may take up to 48 hours for the change to take effect.
Newsletter content
Morning Post newsletters contain curated summaries of local news, events, weather and community content. We aim to be accurate and fair, but we do not guarantee that all content is error-free, complete or current. Newsletter content is provided for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice of any kind.
News summaries may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or availability of external sites.
Intellectual property
All Morning Post content, including newsletter text, website design, graphics, logos and layout, is owned by Just Media Network Pty Ltd or used under licence. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or republish any Morning Post content without our prior written consent.
You may share individual newsletter editions with others for personal, non-commercial purposes by forwarding the email in its entirety.
Advertising and sponsorship
Morning Post newsletters contain paid advertising and sponsored content from local businesses. Sponsored content is clearly labelled. The inclusion of advertising does not constitute an endorsement by Morning Post of any product, service or business. We are not responsible for any claims, offers or representations made by advertisers.
User conduct
When interacting with Morning Post (including replying to newsletters or submitting content), you agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the website or newsletters
- Subscribe using email addresses that do not belong to you
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Just Media Network Pty Ltd and its directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of Morning Post, including but not limited to reliance on newsletter content, inability to access the service, or actions taken based on information provided.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Australian Consumer Law.

Morning Post is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without notice.
Changes to these terms

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Morning Post shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
